• AI Services: We use OpenAI’s API to process and generate responses for your chatbot. Message data may be temporarily processed by OpenAI solely for this purpose. We do not use your data to train any models.

• User Isolation: Each user operates in a fully isolated tenant environment. Your credentials, tokens, and configurations are encrypted and stored securely.

• Hosting & Infrastructure: We use secure, scalable infrastructure (e.g., AWS or Railway) for running your individual bot deployments. No user has access to other users’ data.

• Data Usage: We only collect essential data needed to offer and improve the service. No information is sold or shared with third parties.
